All claims must be lodged with Footwear & Apparel within 7 days of goods receipt, quoting the invoice number and date. Footwear and Apparel shall, repair replace or refund the purchase price of the goods, if applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993- see our Terms and Conditions of Sale online for more details.
